Payments

Online bank card payment

The MIRTU service is connected to internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service with a bank card of international payment systems. After confirming the selected Plan, a secure window with the payment page of the processing center of Bereke Bank JSC will open.

You need to enter your bank card details. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. Ask your issuing bank about the rules and methods of additional identification.

Online payment is provided in accordance with the rules of International payment systems, based on confidentiality and payment security. The most up-to-date verification, encryption, and data transmission methods over closed communication channels are used. Bank card details are entered in a secure window on the processing center’s payment page.

On the payment page you must enter the card number, cardholder name, expiry date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All required data is shown on the card surface. CVV2/CVC2 is the three-digit security code on the back of the card.

Then, in the same window, your issuing bank’s page will open to enter the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have a static 3-D Secure set up, it will be sent to your phone by SMS. If the 3-D Secure code does not arrive, contact your issuing bank.

3-D Secure is a modern technology for securing card payments on the internet. It uniquely identifies the cardholder making the transaction and greatly reduces the risk of fraudulent card operations.

Security guarantees

The processing center of Bereke Bank JSC protects and processes your bank card data to the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Information is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption. Further transmission goes over closed banking networks with the highest reliability. Bereke Bank JSC does not share your card data with third parties. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication.

If you have questions about a completed payment, you may contact the payment service customer support directly by email at mirtu.kz@gmail.com.

Online payment security

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on the MIRTU service.

IE “MIRTU” guarantees the security of internet payment processing. All card operations comply with the requirements of international payment systems. Specialized card online payment security technologies are used for data transmission, and processing is performed on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.

Card payments are secure because:

  • The authorization system ensures that the buyer’s payment details (number, expiry, CVV2/CVC2) cannot fall into fraudsters’ hands, as these data are not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
  • The buyer enters payment details directly in the Bereke Bank JSC authorization system, not in the MIRTU app, so the buyer’s card details are not available to third parties.
