Public offer agreement
OFFER AGREEMENT for delivery services for goods from the POIZON marketplace
General provisions
This document is a public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) of IE “MIRTU” (hereinafter — the “Contractor”) to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter — the “Customer”) for delivery services for goods from the Chinese marketplace POIZON.
Acceptance of this Offer is deemed to be the Customer placing an order on the website https://mirtu.kz and subsequent payment, which means full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer terms.
Subject of the agreement
The Contractor undertakes to provide purchase and delivery services for goods from the POIZON marketplace as ordered by the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services under the terms of this Offer.
The Contractor is not the seller of goods listed on POIZON and only provides purchase, payment, and delivery services.
Order placement and payment
The order is placed on the website https://mirtu.kz by completing the checkout.
Payment is made in one stage: 100% payment for the goods at the price shown on the website. This amount includes the product price, delivery cost, and fees.
Payment is made with VISA and MasterCard bank cards via mirtu.kz and via internet acquiring of Bereke Bank JSC with 3-D Secure. Remote payment via the Kaspi.kz app is also available, including Kaspi Gold and Kaspi Red (+12% to the cost), by providing a QR code.

Delivery terms and liability
Delivery times depend on POIZON marketplace operations and the product you select.
The Contractor is not liable for delivery delays caused by the marketplace, logistics companies, or customs authorities.
If a shipment is lost during international delivery, the Customer may be offered compensation equal to the full order value, plus a promo code for a 10% discount on the next order.
The Contractor is not liable for product quality, as it is not the seller.

Order cancellation and refunds
Order cancellation is possible only before payment on the POIZON marketplace.
Refunds are made less transfer fees and other possible costs.
Exchange and return are possible within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the product keeps its marketable condition. Returns are available under Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Consumer Rights Protection”. Refunds are credited via the same payment method within 5 business days.

Other terms
This agreement remains in force until the parties fully perform their obligations.
The Contractor may amend the Offer terms without prior notice to Customers.
All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If settlement is impossible, the dispute shall be considered by the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Trademarks and brands
All registered trademarks, logos, and brand names shown on mirtu.kz belong to their rightful owners. The website mirtu.kz is not an official dealer, distributor, or representative of these brands. We provide independent purchase and retail sale of original goods bought from official retail sellers abroad.
